Neighbors:
Neighbors are often a good source for potential buyers, letting their friends and family know about your listing.
• I will do a post-card mailing to your neighborhood with information about your listing.
Drive-bys:
Many prospective buyers drive through the neighborhoods they are interested in.
• Along with the instantly recognizable Century 21 “For Sale” sign, I will leave detailed flyers with descriptive narrative that highlights your home’s best features.
