Pinyon Mesa, Glenwood Springs

We love the Pinyon Mesa neighborhood so much we actually live here!

Situated a mile up the Colorado Mountain College Road almost equidistant from Carbondale and Glenwood Springs, Pinyon Mesa is a newer subdivision. With a total of 80 lots averaging around a quarter acre each these custom home sites combine the feel of the country with a small neighborhood. Homes range from 1900-4000 square feet and are built in the Adirondack style. Between 2020-2022 the neighborhood experienced a construction boom and the neighborhood is now just about fully built out.
