The Flying M Ranch development is back before the County Commissioners. The Glenwood Springs real estate development has been met with mixed reactions from the community. Some residents are concerned about the impact the real estate development will have on traffic and the environment. Others are supportive of the development, saying it will provide much-needed housing and amenities for the community including teacher housing. It is located adjacent to the Riverview School South of Glenwood, between Carbondale and Glenwood.
