About this home

Discover Maroon Creek Lot 16, an exclusive 2.3-acre ski-in ski-out property at Tiehack, boasting the closest driveway to the Tiehack Express Lift. This south-facing site enjoys abundant sunshine and panoramic views of Aspen Mountain, Red Mountain, and Highlands Ski Area. The property is vested for a 14,000 sq. ft. residence without TDRs, exempt from affordable housing fees, and unaffected by new Pitkin County regulations as it lies within Aspen's jurisdiction. Renowned architecture firm Olson Kundig has conceptualized a home (design not available for sale without a contract with Olsen Kundig) that blends seamlessly into its private setting overlooking Maroon Creek, integrating the river's sights and sounds. The property provides direct views of Maroon Creek Golf Course, Maroon Creek itself, and protected open space, ensuring privacy and no future development. Tiehack offers uncrowded skiing and easy access to hiking, biking, and recreational amenities such as the Aspen Rec Center, just a short walk away. City-provided sewer and water services and proximity to Aspen Sardy Field Airport further enhance convenience and lifestyle. Maroon Creek Lot 16 presents a rare opportunity, combining unrivaled location and seamless integration with Aspen's natural beauty and recreational offerings. If the Buyer is interested in continuing the design, they will need to engage with Olson Kundig.
