About this home

Lavender Lodge is a picturesque cabin in Colorado, perched gracefully above the enchanting Roaring Fork River. Unwind on the front porch, gather around the cozy fire pit, or simply lounge in the serene sitting area while listening to the soothing sounds of the water. Enjoy the perfect blend of convenient access to town with the serene seclusion of the mountains. Masterfully restored and thoughtfully designed, the cabin boasts a cozy ambiance, offering stunning river views from every angle. One of the great advantages of this cabin is its location in the county rather than within the City of Glenwood Springs. If you choose to continue operating it as a short-term rental (Airbnb), the county location can offer meaningful savings by avoiding certain city lodging taxes and fees that apply to properties inside the city limits. Guests also benefit from lower overall booking costs, which can make the property even more attractive and competitive in the vacation rental market. Combined with its beautiful setting and strong appeal to visitors coming to the Roaring Fork Valley, this cabin offers an excellent opportunity to enjoy the property personally while generating income through short-term rentals.
